I am definately after an amd chip as they perform better in games. i was tempted to get a 64 3700+ but as it is not dual core, it is not going to last. I have been through countless amounts of discussions with friends about why i should gent pentium D or AMD. After reading lots of reviews and face offs i have decided to go AMD. The thing that worries me is the clock speeds. They are pretty low so single core games will suffer and i understand not many patches can fix this. I dont know wot to do £200 atm and i need new mobo also. dont want to spend over £230 |

Your friends are either stoopid, or evil.
But either will do your job right not, it depends on how long you are willing to wait. _________________ 4000+ chips.
