I know CT7100 is a clock chip for a vintage calculator. What the other two are?
Since they are in the similar package and scraped from the same batch pulls, i am suspecting they are some kind of controller or CPU?

It's quite sure a calculator chipset from Electronic Arrays, similar to this used on Rockwell-ANITA 1216
http://www.anita-calculators.info/html/anita_1216.html

from Electronic Design, January 1973, p106

"Two MOS circuits contain all
the calculating logic, the clock, and
a good portion of the interface cir-
cuitry of a 12-digit, four-function
memory calculator. Called the EA-
7022 (in a 28-lead DIP) and the
EA7023 (in a 40-lead DIP), the
two packages make up the EA S-
129 set. They include an arith-
metic/algebraic processor with 12-
digit entry and display capacity,
an accumulator memory, the key-
board scanning and display control
logic, an internal clock generator,
and power-on clearing circuitry. "
