This is too unfortunate.
Other packages have been successfully delivered and most of them have been signed.
China Post is no longer a very stable line.
However, other modes of transportation (UPS, DHL, EMS, SF) are expensive and have more restrictions on items (second-hand products of Intel AMD and other brands are not allowed)
I am looking for other means of transportation.
EBay's SpeedPAK is an option and may require assistance.
