Does anyone know whether Revolut can be installed and set up on an Ipad Mini 3? I know nothing about tablets, but have a chance to buy one cheap. I believe it's 4G capable (haven't been able to confirm it), but I'm told it doesn't take a sim, and I know Revolut needs a phone number

Been told it's too old for Revolut. Shame, I liked the price
