They can be removed, its just a mild glue/tape
Have gotten plenty of them with it missing, so cant be hard LOL

If it's not a huge problem, can you please add photo (or CPU itself for sale) without heatsink ?
Does it have some writings or just plain one ? |

I dont want to take off the heatsink
Underneath will be normal IDT Winchip markings
