Well, I bought a motherboard from Ukraine with $25 Shipping during the War...
Maybe it is a mistake... Otherwise, consider doing $69 Free Shipping rather than $1 + Insane Shipping :p

I will answer some questions.
- delivery in Ukraine is working properly. The postal service delivers the goods as expected. Military operations are carried out far beyond the capital.
- Shipping costs have gone up. I included a certain amount for the goods in the delivery. Yes. This motherboard has been auctioning off for $200 lately.
