I have the Intel Core i5-650, here appears:
MMX instructions
SSE / Streaming SIMD Extensions
SSE2 / Streaming SIMD Extensions 2
SSE3 / Streaming SIMD Extensions 3
SSSE3 / Supplemental Streaming SIMD Extensions 3
SSE4 / SSE4.1 + SSE4.2 / Streaming SIMD Extensions 4
AES / Advanced Encryption Standard instructions
EM64T / Extended Memory 64 technology / Intel 64
HT / Hyper-Threading technology
VT-d / Virtualization for directed I/O
VT-x / Virtualization technology
TBT / Turbo Boost technology

The CPU-Z don't show these, why?:
HT / Hyper-Threading technology
VT-d / Virtualization for directed I/O
TBT / Turbo Boost technology

My guess is that they're not identified as instruction set extensions.

If you want a more in-depth report of your processor's capabilities, use HWiNFO64 instead.

I think Calbris is right, the Hyper-Threading technology, Turbo Boost and VT-D are not displayed in the CPU-Z "Instructions" area because these technologies do not have any HT/Turbo Boost/VT-D specific instructions.

As a note, there is no CPUID instruction to check for VT-D technology presence. The CWID program here checks instead for some other feature associated with this technology. It works for 95%, or maybe more 97% of processors, but there is always a small chance that VT-d identification will be incorrect.
