These are Operating System Processors made to work with the 8086/80186 Processors
The 80130 provides a set of multitasking kernel primitives, kernel controls and supporting hardware for running Real Time Operating Systems on the x86
They provide an additional 35 instructions and 5 new datatypes.
The 80130-6 is a special version of the 80130-2 (8MHz). It allows the use of a external ROM to run custom RTOS instruction sets, as the original was set up for iRMX86 OS.
These were very limited availability and did not find great market success, likely because even in 1987 they cost $50 each, compared to $20 for a 8086
