Here are some interesting AMD Regor core ES

They are labeled:
LOT: FB51515
PKG: UOF938
IDV: RFB3150

These ones have a fair amount of bent pins so making them cheap

hey appear to be a Athlon II X2 200 Series Dual Core running at 2.3GHz

I have 12 of them

$5 each or a pair for $9

They appear to be Opteron 1300 actually, running @1600MHz

For production Opteron 1300 series, there are 2 quad core designs.
First is 65nm Budapest with CPUID 100F22 or 100F23, with 2 MB L3 cache.
Second is 45nm Suzuka with CPUID 100F42, with 6 MB L3 cache.

This FB51515 ES is dual core with CPUID 100F63, with 0 MB L3 cache.
It seems to match 45nm Regor design used in Athlon II X2

I think that the algorithm used by CPU-Z and HWiNFO to determine the CPU name string will default to Opteron 1300 in some cases.
These desktop ES CPUs also indicate Opteron 1300 :
ZD2201WCJ4BGD - 65nm Agena CPUID 100F22 2 MB L3 cache = Phenom X4
ZD250117K4D12 - 45nm Deneb CPUID 100F41 6 MB L3 cache = Phenom II X4
ZD282117K4216 - 45nm Propus CPUID 100F52 0 MB L3 cache = Athlon II X4
ZD294117K4229 - 45nm Propus CPUID 100F53 0 MB L3 cache = Athlon II X4

My sample also POSTed at 1.6 GHz, DDR3-800, 800 MHz HT. CoolnQuiet is broken, and it is locked at 1.55 V.
At POST, the motherboard displayed something like, "AMD Engineering Sample 2300 MHz".
I therefore made manual changes in BIOS, so that the CPU POSTed at 2.3 GHz, DDR3-1066, 2000 MHz HT. Voltage could go down to 1.50 V, but would not boot with lower voltage, so I left it at 1.55 V.
