CPU Shack: Custom IMP-16 PMOS Microcomputer Chip set - SOLD

This was National's entrance into the CPU market, a 16-bit capable (via bit slice) CPU set, with the ability to have full custom instruction sets, which could run off of EPROM.

The core was 1-4 IMP-00A 4bit slices which held the ALU and registers. The instruction set was built around this, National had 4 8 and 16 bit standard sets available, or full custom ones, via EPROMs.

This custom set is from 1974-1975 very early.
It come in the original Styrofoam solder from Nation, I replaced the foam, as we don't want any black death.
