Interesting. Previous iterations of attack required opening a chassis to muck with voltage to potentially defeat crypto or brick a CPU. Now they have a POC using just an ethernet cable.

Physical security still very much important.

Physical security is the most important security.
Once a bad actor has hands-on access to hardware, most "security" goes out the window quick.
