The IME (later Pravetz) CM610 is a Bulgarian copy of the Intel 82062/WDC1010 MFM hard disk controller.
These were made by IME: Institute of Microelectronics, Sofia, Bulgaria, the logo looks like UTE, but its stylized Cyrillic, not latin characters, so a common mistake.
