These are some pretty massive and well Dense MCMs
The Dense-PAC DPS256C32BV3-25C contains 8 individual 128K x 8 SRAMs packaged in their own hermetically sealed SLCCs
These are 35ns parts
I have 3 of them in good shape for $20 each - SOLD OUT
I also have 2 that came apart while being removed, $12 each for a dissembled one SOLD OUT
