Only a few days left to do some Spring Cleaning :p

I am parting with most of my Cpu Boxes since I don't wish to collect them anymore, so take this opportunity to add some nice and Very Rare ones to your collection!
Given that many are rarely sold, pricing them is tricky. If you think that they are overpriced then simply wait for the famous "Offers Accepted" Lol

There will be a few other Sales that will open during the weekend.

See detailed rules regarding my Sales and Shipping Fees below.

-------------------------------- CHips 23: Intel Boxes

Photos: 1, 2, 3
I also took individual photos for the Boxes except the 487 one years ago, see below.
Warning: all pictures are very large, let me know if you have trouble loading them.
Feel free to ask for more photos if needed.

0/1 Intel 80287 Box (PCNC80287 for 6 MHz 286s, Date 01/02/86) (opened, without Chip) | $40 (i440bx)
Someone wrote the suffix -3; when I got that box, it contained a non matching C80287-3... Still an Extremely Rare Box.
It contains a "Software Guide" sheet, a Warning Sheet (where to not put the Coprocessor), and an Installation Guide.
Some glue leftover due to a removed sticker and a tape at the opening, few creases.
Photos: 1, 2, 3

0/1 Intel 80387 Sealed Box (BOX387SX33) | $120 (Marcin $75)
Contains a N80387SX-33 C2440691 which can be seen through a small hole.
Decent shape, with some creases.
Photos: 1, 2

0/1 Intel 80487 Sealed Box (BOX487SX) | $80 (sold via PM $50)
Contains an A80487SX C302041W which can be seen through a small hole.
Interestingly, despite the Chip being made in 1993, some stickers have the 1/06/95 Date.
Some major creases and dust unfortunately, but still a nice Very Rare Box.

0/1 Intel 80486 OverDrive Sealed Box (BOXODP486SX25) | $120 (i440bx)
Contains an ODP486SX-25 SZ676 C2320962 which can be seen through a hole.
In very nice shape, some small creases.
Photos: 1, 2

0/1 Intel Pentium OverDrive 63 Sealed Box (EBOXPODP5V63) | $150 (sold via PM $100)
In nice shape, though the bottom face has a noticeable crease.
Photos: 1, 2

[b]0/1 Intel Pentium 167 Sealed Box (EBOXBP80502-166) | $80
(sold via PM $50)
In very nice shape, no noticeable crease.

-------------------------------- Rules (2023-06-17)

Order procedure
  • Choose your chips by posting in the topic, then either
    • Wait that I open a summary topic and tell me there if you want Direct or AVICC shipping;
    • ...OR message me directly if you want direct shipping.

  • Sales are normally never closed, unless nothing is longer available, so even if the topic is 10 years old, if you find something unsold that you want, you can still buy it unless I forgot to mark it as unavailable;
  • If needed, you can also choose to pay (with or without shipping) and keep the chips in Switzerland and ship anytime later;
  • Except when Offers are Accepted, First Come, First Serve. However, PM orders are treated with least priority: if someone buys the same thing by posting in the topic before I read your PM and update the first post, the person who posted publicly gets the item.

Shipping
  • From Switzerland. The fee will be based on the official Small Goods prices, using CHF 1 = USD 1.15.
  • If you want Tracking and Insurance up to CHF 150 (Registered), add $6.9. You can also give up on Insurance and add just $5.75;
  • Direct shipping at cost. Can be shipped anytime after payment;
  • Or to AVICC at cost (Registered Small Good), distributed according to the weight of each order (minimum $1). The shipment target date will be specified in the summary topic. If you missed it, you might look for more recent sales from me and join the next AVICC shipment.
  • I am not responsible if the mail gets lost. Also make sure to follow regularly the tracking, sometimes the Customs or someone else .

Direct Shipping Fees:
  • Europe: < 100 g - $4.6, < 250 g - $10.35, < 500 g - $16.1, < 1 kg - $23, < 1.5 kg - $28.75, < 2 kg - $34.5;
  • Other countries: < 100 g - $8.05, < 250 g - $13.8, < 500 g - $19.55, < 1 kg - $31.05, < 1.5 kg - $36.8, < 2 kg - $42.55;
  • + $6.9 for Registered (Tracking and Insurance up to CHF 150), or + $5.75 for just Tracking. If what you purchased exceeds $100, I pay Registered for you;
  • To insure more than CHF 150, or for more than 2 kg, the PostPac service must be used, see this page and multiply prices by 1.15 to get values in Usd.

AVICC: if there are at least 2 buyers using AVICC, I pay the tracking.
Example if the package is 400 g: the shipping cost for everyone is $19.55.
If what you bought weights 250 g, you will pay $19.55*(250 g/400 g) = $12.22.

Payment
  • Preferred: Revolut, AVICC's Chip Pay (Fee on your side), or SEPA Payment in CHF at the rate CHF 1 = USD 1.15;
  • Otherwise via PayPal in USD. Make sure that you pay all the fees (1.057*total + $0.5 if "Paying for an Item or Service" with PayPal);
  • Bitcoins, Riecoins, or USDT also accepted up to $50, any Transaction Fee on your side, and I may consider some reasonable margin to cover the high volatility;
  • If you need more time to pay, don't worry. Just inform me. In this case AVICC shipping is not possible;
  • When choosing AVICC, please pay reasonably quickly.

--------------------------------

Thank you Very Happy !

Hi!

I have $400 for this project. So, I would take this as well if it fits within this amount, including the previous three items and delivery.

1/1 Intel 80387 Sealed Box (BOX387SX33) | $120 -> $ 80-90 ?
Contains a N80387SX-33 C2440691 which can be seen through a small hole.
Decent shape, with some creases.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1/1 Intel Pentium 2 333 Sealed Box (BX80523P333512E) | $50
Contains a Very Early Deschutes B80523P333512E SL2QF 98030409 according to the Labels.
Decent shape, with some creases and small plastic wrap damage.
Photos: 1, 2

1/1 Intel Pentium 2 OverDrive 333 Sealed Box (UBPODP66X333 SL2KE) | $250
In very nice shape, some small creases.
Photos: 1, 2

1/1 Intel Pentium 3 667 Sealed Box (BX80526U667256E) | $10
Contains a SL4G6 according to the Labels.
With a very bad scratch at the top face, and some creases.

With the 4th Box, the parcel would be over 2 kg and Shipping would be $54.05, so fitting all in $400 would be like accepting an offer of $40 for the 387 Box, so unfortunately we cannot do that. However, if you can increase your budget to $430 Shipping included, we could have a deal.

If I count it right 387 NIB will go for 70 USD so if invasio will give up on this I'm second in the line Smile

You may be right. I didn't calculate that the package would be this heavy (and expensive).
In that case, let's stick with the three items we previously reserved.
With a heavy heart, I hand it over to Marcin. These are challenging times...

The $70 Offer was taking in account the fact that Invasio would have bought for $370+ of items (and most at full price) if she had accepted the Deal, otherwise lowest I can do for the 387 Box is $80. Still fine with that?

I wouldn't like to exceed 70 USD for non-sexy 387 PLCC inside but maybe meeting in the middle - 75 USD ?

Plcc or Ceramic is irrelevant when it comes to Boxes!

Well, I suppose I can accept a further $5 discount...

IMHO that is personal taste. For me it hugely matters ! In that case what I value is : unopened, shrinkwrapped original BOX of highest clocked 387SX model. Ceramic 387DX33 would be more welcome to me.

Thanks.
