• Europe: < 100 g - $4.6, < 250 g - $10.35, < 500 g - $16.1, < 1 kg - $23, < 1.5 kg - $28.75, < 2 kg - $34.5;
  
• Other countries: < 100 g - $8.05, < 250 g - $13.8, < 500 g - $19.55, < 1 kg - $31.05, < 1.5 kg - $36.8, < 2 kg - $42.55;
  
• + $6.9 for Registered (Tracking and Insurance up to CHF 150), or + $5.75 for just Tracking. If what you purchased exceeds $100, I pay Registered for you;
  
• To insure more than CHF 150, or for more than 2 kg, the PostPac service must be used, see this page and multiply prices by 1.15 to get values in Usd.

Does Switzerland have some good cooperation with the EU regarding VAT and customs, or will I be charged a fee from customs? In that case I'd prefer AVICC, how crazy that may sound ...

I don't think so unless I were a millionaire company owner that could benefit from that Ioss thing, I suppose that for you it would be like buying something from another continent. So Avicc for you.
There was a €22 Threshold in the past which was removed it seems? And as soon as you are taxed, there are some overkill Customs Brokerage Fees on top of the massive 20% Vat I suppose?

The problem is that EU doesn't have good cooperation with the rest of the world and rob their citizens on custom fees for any (include low value) things.
