My PC (Win 10 64bit)has a AMD A45300 cpu with Radeon HD7480D graphics card.
I wish to use Oculus Quest2 for flying combat aircraft.
Is there a much better graphics card that I could fit?

No, there isn't. Ditch that boat anchor of a computer for something better. Any GPU you'll put in it will get bottlenecked by that CPU.
