|
|
| I'm trying to upgrade my computer and found out that an Intel Tualatin FC-PGA2 processor can be used on a board that supports coppermine FC-PGA processors with an adapter. The Tualatin processor I want to use is an Intel SL6BX Tualatin 1266 w/512K L2 cache. Will this processor work on my Intel D815EEAA motherboard? A friend told me that Tualatin processors w/512K L2 cache are made for servers and not normal motherboards like the D815EEAA, Is this true? Any information will be helpful, Thank you in advance. |
