The Cobham UT700CPA is a LEON 3T Radiation/Fault Tolerant SPARC V8 Processor made for aerospace applications
The LEON project was started in the EU by the ESA to come up with a higher performance, European processor for space projects, so they were not reliant on things like the RAD6000, or the older MIL-STD-1750A series
The LEON3 FT is the Fault tolerant version of the 3rd Gen LEON and includes functionality to detect and correct single-event upset (SEU) errors in all on-chip RAM memories.
These run at up to 166MHz and include a full FPU and 16K of Instruction and Data cache.
These are New Old Stock - Prototype parts
I have 2 of them
$175 each (one reserved for aberco if he wants it)
