Here are some nice CPU Chipsets from the original IBM POWER CPU (the RIOS.9) which was a multichip implementation before they moved to a MCM for POWER2 and later a single chip
FPU = Floating Point Unit (64-bit)
FXU = Fixed Point (Integer) Unit
ICU = Instruction Cache Unit (8K + Branch Prediction)
DCU = Data Cache Unit - 16K (2 for RIOS.9 and 4 in a RIOS.1)
SCU = Storage Control Unit
