IBM 3600 gear was predominantly used in banking environments.
IBM 3601 - controller unit
IBM 3604 - banking terminal
IBM 3610 - passbook printer
I know because I sold a boatload of them and other IBM
controller / terminal / printer products.  |

cool tnx. now at least know were it came from. I decaped a couple of these ICs and the die its really small compared to the size of the chip.
and I remember at the same time they brought me these they also brought me a massive printer, the printer itself was not that big, but it was attached to a stand making it really heavy. |
