ALI M1386SX

This strange ALI chip appears to be the CPU here, cause the board fires up and shows a 386 at 40 MHz!

Have you ever seen one like this before? What is known about it?

Strange...
I knew "Ali" made chipsets but not CPU's icon_confused2 ...
Or is it the CO-Processor?

I think that the statement about the M6117 being the only one they made might have missed the fact that it was based on an earlier core Smile

Here is the difference between them.
