Need help identifying some Intel QS chips

I have a couple of Intel QS chips that I can't identify. I bought them on eBay thinking they were CPUs which at the time I knew nothing about except that if they had been what they were described as they were a good deal. It was not long before I joined the forum, and they would have been my first processors from the families they were described as...

QIM6 was bought as a Pentium 4
QE12 was bought as a Pentium III BGA

Also, if someone can give me an idea what they are worth, I'd appreciate. Depending what they are I may be selling them (I can't find anything to tell me if they are what they were bought as or if they are chipsets or something else).
