Up for sale is a Gateway 2000 P5-60 PC!

This machine is in fair cosmetic condition barring a few dings on the top of the case.

Powers up fine and boots into Windows 98.

Incredibly, it seems that the previous owner was using this machine up to at least 2004 Shocked

Only issue is that the Dallas chip bit the dust a long time ago, so that will need to be replaced (soldered to the board unfortunately)

Socket 4 Intel "Batman's Revenge" motherboard
Pentium 60MHz SX948 (heatsink is epoxied to the CPU, pretty common for these systems)
80MB of RAM (2x 8MB, 2x 32MB)
2x IDE hard drives (one maxtor, one WD caviar)
CD-ROM drive
Tape drive of some sort (?)
Combo 5.25" 3.5" floppy drive

Creative Sound Blaster Vibra16 ISA sound card CT2260 w/ OPL3
Cirrus logic PCI VGA card
2-port USB PCI card
HP C2502-66500 scanner interface ISA card
PCI phone modem

$150 with free shipping to AVICC. Direct at cost.

Being for a scanner - chances are that ISA parallel card is actually a 25pin SCSI card. Parallel scanners of the day typically passed through the printer signals and ran from a single parallel port rather than requiring an additional parallel port be installed.

Seems to be an 8-bit ISA card made by HP specifically for the scanner.
Part number is C2502-66500

Open to offers. I'd rather not part this system out.

Interested if Debs does not take it, Shipping to Avicc and letting it take some dust until I accumulate enough stuff to average out International Shipping :p ...

It weighs ~40lbs and isn't exactly small. I was hoping to ship to AVICC as I already have some other items that need to go there.

OK, let CHips have it if direct shipping is too much hassle. 40 lbs would probably be too expensive for shipping anyway.
