Here are some nice Intel 16k DRAM chips
These are made on an HMOS process and the -7 is a 150ns chip

If I'm counting correctly, there should be 20x Intel D2118-7 left. I'll take them.
These are basically 1/4 of a 4164, or a 4116 that doesn't need the -5V and +12V supplies. |

yah the 2117 was the Intel version that needed 3 PSU's and was NMOS, these are HMOS, so faster and lower power _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
