CPU Shack: Intel / Level One Broadband Processors

In 2000 Intel bought Level One to build their networking processor business, these became the Internet Exchange Processor Line at Intel

These were made during the acquisition and are still branded Level One

The IXF6401 is a 66MHz 0.35u Broadband Assist Processor that handles much of the base functions of traffic management.

Intel would later add a StrongARM processor to the design
