Here are some relics from the 1980s, some ECL SRAM made by Fujitsu.
These are a 16kx1 25ns SRAM Made by Fujitsu (likely second sourced from Fairchild)
The ECL SRAM design was most famously used in Cray machines
Ceramic package because ECL got toast, 0.043mW/bit was typical (so over 600mW for the package)
