These are some strange ones
They were made by IDT and are SRAM modules.
Each contains
4x 71128 256kx4 1Mbit chips
8x 71124 128kx8 1Mbit chips
For 12Mbit total (unless they are using some for error correction )
I think they may have been used as Cache on servers (they made similar modules for Macs and Pentiums)
$5 a pair _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
