Here are some nice New Old Stock Sun UltraSPARCs.
These are made by NEC (most were made by TI, and TI continued to make most SPARCs clear into the T1+ era)
NEC Part # uPD9090S2
Sun Part # STP1030ABGA-200-002
These are 200MHz Parts
Pretty unusual design, a big BGA with heatsink lugs, all gold plated.
$16 each or a pair for $30
I have 9 of them
