Hi,
yesterday I removed a part of the coating of a obviously i386 processor. The cpu felt very smooth and see what happend after tons of acetone:
Do you think it's a fake or smth. Intel made itself?

I'd say it's a fake. If you can remove more paint from the chip it'd be easier to tell.

It is a fake... tons of Acetone later... there came the double-sigma visible...
