I bought a used 5900X online and when I went into the BIOS to check if it’s legit, I got the CPUID A20F12 which doesn’t match anything I found online. Did I get scammed?

Nope, just seems to be an updated stepping (VMR-B2 vs VMR-B0 etc). https://valid.x86.fr/v2g0wc
