There was a typo, it's a Fairchild 3850 F8, an early CPU. Here's some info:

Some years ago, I got the same D4040 with X1500708 FPO. I was unable to make it work using lhf_james MCS4/40 test board...

Did any of you guys manage to test it successfully?

Honestly, I'm very suspicious about this one being genuine.

I have the same batch and I tested it with the same board but mine works correctly
