Sitewide update - frame-free

I've updated my site at www.ukcpu.net to remove all frames. I also updated email addresses on pages which have them (I think I got them all) to reflect my new email address, so pretty soon will be migrating everything (ebay, paypal, etc) ti use the same address.

If you spot anywhere that I missed the email update, or any other problems please let me know.

The one problem I am awaare of is when you click on any link that loads a new page, the entire side menu is reloaded, and you have to re-open whatever tree you had clicked on, which isn't ideal. I'll be looking into ways to get around that (either by finding a way to adapt the existing menu tree or by changing it for another tree that can recognise where I am in the site directory structure).
