Ouch, that heatspreader looks like it's been nicely abused 
Not sure where you got the 40 MHz from, was it extensively tested at that speed, or are they well known to operate overclocked?

| Yes. This coprocessor has shown itself to be good in pair with AMD386DX40. Of course, it is desirable to use it together with a 33 MHz processor. |
