The COLDFIRE was the follow-on to the 68000 CPU, retaining some compatibility, while greatly updating the design.
This is a 5307 which is a 90MHz COLDFIRE V3, with hardware MAC, and 8K of unified L1 cache
These were made at the Motorola MOS13 (Austin, TX USA) fab on a 0.34u process
15x Motorola XCF5307FT90 1H55J $4 each or a pair for $7
