Here are some nice white ceramic NEC 8253s.
These are NECs version of the Intel C8253 Programmable Interval Timer.
THey make a great addition to your white ceramic NEC 8080A set.
These are the -5 speed grade (3MHz) which were the faster version
These are also dual mrked 1820-2005 so likely were made for HP
5x NEC D8253-5 PIT for the 8080A CPU $7
