An anyone tell.me what the Intel part number is for this chip?
I believe I bought it from another member's sale here several years ago.
Any other Info is also appreciated!

Xhosa, thanks for the info.
I'd like to know what the chip was used for and by whom?
Does anyone have a clue?

Yeah the "03640" is the CAGE code for IBM Federal Systems Division (they built the space shuttle's main computer, along with a bunch of other stuff) which is now Lockheed Martin as John said. Besides that, no idea, I looked up the part number (153A757) on aerospace parts supplier websites, which will sometimes get you an end-use application or equipment name, but no results this time.

Great photos though, what a nice chip!
