Here are a couple Sanyo CPUs. They are a bit less common, but cool none theless
The 6520 is a 4-bit CMOS MCU with 80 instructions, in a 42 pin SDIP package and runs at 1.44MHz
THe 6402 is a 4-bit NMOS MCU with 82 instructions a 42 pin SDIP package and runs at 770KHz
