The 68360 is baded on the CPU32+ version of the 68020 core (68020 with some improvements)
The 68360 also adds a seperate RISC controller for help with network processing.
These are made on a 0.65u process at the MOS11 fab (Austin, TX) and contain ~750,000 transistors
These are New Old Stock
