U5S-SUPER40 voltage?

Hello

I got a UMC Green CPU U5S-SUPER40 and i can't find 100% info about it's voltage. Is it 3,45V or 5V? Anyone know for sure?

All u5s are 5v.
3.3V should have LV in the name, like u5slv, but they are not known to exist.
