The PowerPC 860 is basically a Motorola 68360 CPU with the 68000 coore replaced with a PowerPC core.
the PowerPC core is a 32-bit core with 4K of I-cache + 4K of D-cache

Like the 68360 it has a RISC core for netorking, as well as a dedicated 16x16 MAC

Made on a 0.42u process

These are New Old stock BGA
