Hello people!
A some time ago i buy for experimenting a Chinese CPU-mutant with additional interposer with q-spec QQLT.
Looks like it was in work condition until i give it to much pressure.
I unsoldered it and looks that some pins and traces were totally broken on interposer side . CPU is Ok.
So i need help to understand if it can be repaired.
Do someone know where to get BGA 1440 pinout.
