A some time before i had watch a video ( https://youtu.be/aFZkJMrSR9o?si=ZuQFaH8GyRAgTdOd ) from some YouTube channel about "mysterious" XEON AWS-1100v4 .
I know there is a topic about it at this forum. But untill before it was discussion about QS chip also known as QJWD.
This link:https://www.hardware-collection.net/ru/cpu/Intel-Xeon-AWS-1100-v4-cpu-no5729.html, tells should exist an final SKU with S-SPEC SR2HZ.
But SR2HZ should be Intel Xeon E5-2696 v4 , OEM or something else...
Intel about E5-2696 v4:
| Quote: |
Resolution:
There are some processors, like the Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2696 v4 and E5-2678 v3, which are custom processors designed for system manufacturers who define their specifications.
These processors are not listed on the Intel® Product Specifications site because Intel does not provide standard specifications for them.
For the details, you can contact the system manufacturer or vendor directly. |

But let's back to video. Chip in video have S-SPEC SR2RE.
But i have few evidences that it nay be fake:
1-st :SR2RE is Xeon E5-4610 v4.
2-nd: 16min00sec if video we can see ES-flag. So, i have feeling it could be remarked good known QJWD.
Let's make some discussion... |

You can't fake the processor name string. |
I ask about marking on IHS . Obvios that processor string is genuine .
The main thing does it remarket QS? |
