Got a few of these in from a clear out of a arcade game place, these were used by Midway for their early video games
All of these are dated 1975 and HONG KONG
the 3604 and the 3624 differ in their outputs (open collector for the 3604 vs Tri-State for the 3624. They are both 4096-bit (512 x  Bipolar PROMs
The 3604L is of course the Low Standby power version
They were only made for about a year before being replaced by the 'A" version
