| This proc confuses the heck out of me. It claims two different s-specs and two different speeds. Anybody have any information on it? Also it was a scrap yard find (oddly enough is was covered in red latex based paint when I found it) so any fudging done on it was done allong time ago and not by an individual targeting collectors. |

These appear from time to time, and the only one I know of its type. It has been the subject of a couple threads here.

There is another sspec marked the same way.
