Naming no names, I am having a bad experience with an Ebay transaction, where some goods have apparently broken on route because of bad packing.

Recently I have *upgraded* my packing method as a few of the members here told me I could do with a slightly sturdier packing system, which I appreciate them telling me. So I am surprised that anything could have broken (I rememebr the parcel well).

I have asked for the *broken* items to be returned, and I have stipulated that I will refund the return postage as well as the items.

Is this unfair of me to ask?

Sam.

But sometimes the customs will open the parcel to check it and repack it badly.
I've received a parcel like this and a CPU broken.

Sounds completley fair to me. I wish the seller I am having an issue with was so easy to deal with.

icon_yikes Hmmmm and I wish that the Buyer I am having an issue with would return the item they say they have an issue with so that I can inspect it. Rolling Eyes If they ever get around to it they may be in for a pleasant surprise. Angel
