I'm not sure of values as I have largely skipped over the 286 processors, but I agree that the first two would be worth more to me than the two AMD, which I believe to be fairly common (compared to the others).

Siemens 286-16-N is most common Siemens 286 CPU. Harris 286-20 hmmm maybe yes value is a bit higher but I shouldn't say more than 3 EUR but that is my opinion. I saw them a lot here.

Because these are plastic and not Ceramic Tiando. No ned to recycle these for their minerals.

Exactly ... someone sold me many AMD N80C188 because nobody want them for mineral recovery.

I saw a huge amount of such CPUs on some RAID-controllers (for example - Tekram DC-690C)
