Can anyone help with any info about this chip . What I need to know is the bus speed 66mhz or is it 95mhz. The chip is not marked with the speed so I have no idea.

It's a 333MHz chip, you can run it with 66 MHz bus x5 or 95 MHz bus x 3.5. If your motherboard does not support 95 MHz bus then try to overclock it a little - use 100 Mhz bus x 3.5.
