Remarked TI CPU's

Going over some old hardware this morning and found these 2 CPU's.
Clearly remarked. Looks like a type of epoxy paint and silkscreen job.
Closest thing I can find is it's an Texas Instruments OEM486DLC.
One is gray the other black. Any ideas, comments?

These are legitimate remarks though, MC use Cyrix CPU's (and FPU's) in their own upgrade kits, and remarked thm as such.

Nice, I'd never heard of MC before. Are they a US based upgrade provider?

yah, there was a couple other companies that did the same. frassal has some examples of the FPU's
