Found one of these, Intel A80376-16, 32-Bit Microprocessor - Embedded Processor.
Would the ES Make it an engineering sample?

Also, with my vast knowledge of ES chips, the fact that "3S" in I822203S looks like the letters "ES" would also mean this is an engineering sample.  _________________ http://www.RareCPUs.com
