Hi all,
I had bought a Xircom REX 5500, I want to find a CPU in this small machine  but I canīt Any idea where is the CPU or microcontroller?
I only find that chip LE28FV4001ATS is: Sanyo LE28FV4001ATS - V(dd): -0.5 to +6.0V; P(d)max: 600mW; ; CMOS LSI in 32-pin TSOP package. Operational temperature range from 0°C to 70°C.

LE28FV4001ATS - this is flash-memory, not CPU
NEC D442000LGV - maybe RAM
NEC D432568BGW - maybe RAM too
the most interesting is chips, which are hidden by black substance...
